ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Michelle.
​
However, most people know me by the name Misha.
I am a former student of the University of Design in Schwäbisch Gmünd.
I graduated there with a bachelor‘s degree in product design in 2020. Today I live and work in the middle of the Black Forest.
Here I am employed by the Hansgrohe SE in the Innovation Management as an Innovation Designer.
As a designer at the InnoLab, I place particular emphasis on an intensive research and functional, purpose driven concepts for my projects.
Through our way of working in the InnoLab, we fall in love with the problem of our customers, not with the solution we offer.
I am proud to be part of this wonderful and diverse team which was awarded the title 'Best Innovation Lab in Germany' in august 2022.
Empathy is one of my strengths in my work and through numerous projects with different focal points I am constantly learning in order to choose the right approach not only in terms of design but also methodically.

The creative aspect of my work is particularly influenced by nature, by people and their needs.
Since I have a great interest in poetry and literature, I spend a lot of free time writing in addition to drawing. Graphics, art and fashion are also interests that I constantly pursue. This gives me new perspectives and freedom for further creative projects in addition to my everyday professional life.
